LCHF snickers – energibarer

Her er noen flotte barer jeg fant oppskrift til på LCHF-bloggen, og de er perfekte å ha med seg i sekken på tur. Men, om man skal få til det, så må man nok få kjæresten til å gjemme dem, for de smaker så godt, at jeg har spist opp nesten alle sammen. Og jeg lagde en god del siden jeg var litt «uheldig» med oppskriften i starten, men fikk det da til tilslutt.

Ingredienser

  • 100 gr smør
  • 2 dl fløte (ikke laktoefri)
  • 2 ss sukrin
  • 1 ts vaniljepulver/1 vaniljestang
  • Peanøtter
  • 100 gram mørk sjokolade (minst 70%)

Fremgangsmåte

Varm alle ingrediensene (utenom peanøtter og sjokolade) i en kjele og rør forsiktig. Det skal småkoke på LAV varme i 45-60 minutter, og dess mer man rører, des større sjanse er det for at det skiller eg. Ikke bruk laktosefri fløte, det gjorde jeg, og det bare skilte seg. Om du er så uheldig at det skiller seg, så kan du prøve å røre inn litt kald fløte. Det fungerte fint for meg, men da må det koke enda lenger, og så kan det skille seg igjen.

Ha det over i en brødform (dobbel oppskrift på bildene), og strø peanøtter over som du trykker litt ned i formen. La det stivne til i kjøleskap i et par timer, og dypp så i sjokolade, smeltet i vannbad.

Det endte opp med at røra mi blei litt mykere enn anbefalt, men det gjorde ikke så mye. Røra er ferdig når den stivner i kantene når du har den på ei skje.

Nå tester jeg denne med vanlig fløte, jeg kommer også med min egen vri på denne herligheten, så følg med :) Jo, også blir det snart noe bounty, nomnom!!

      Haha, dessverre er jeg flink til å spise opp og. Kjæresten min sa «ja disse må vi legge nede, de er til TUR, så du ikke spiser dem til lunsj», og nå er de borte… *POFF*

    Har prøvd meg på disse for første gang i dag, vet ikke helt om det gikk som det skulle…. Smaken minner om karamell + smør…uansett, gode :) tror jeg må prøve en runde til.

    Prøvde meg på disse i dag. Kokte det opp på svak varme, det var gått nesten 1 time men det hadde ikke blitt noe mørkere, slik som på dine bilder. Plutselig skilte det seg og jeg hadde i mer fløte, og det så ut til å gå bra. Kokte det videre, men det så ut til og begynne å skille seg igjen så jeg tok det av.. Prøvde å sette det i kjøleskapet for å se, men det virker ikke som at det stivner ordentlig. Hva gjør jeg galt? :/ Og hvilket smør er det du bruker ?

      Hei! Ja det er en vanskelig oppskrift, jeg har feilet mer enn jeg har lykkes, men tålmodigheten vinne. I verste fall kan man hive den i fryseren, la den tine litt, dele opp i biter og trekke med sjokolade. SÅ kan man oppbevare de i kjøleskap, fortsatt gode, men vil bli for mye til å ta med seg ut av huset da.

    Denne er jo helt umulig! Jeg har latt det koke i snart 2 timer, og det er fortsatt bløtt som vann. Hva gjør jeg galt?
    Jeg legger merke til at du ikke har skrevet noe om hva slags varme den skal stå på, hvor ofte man skal røre, hvordan den i det hele tatt blir brun osv. Jeg trenger litt mer å gå etter.? :)

      Hei! Ja jeg veit, jeg har faktiskbare fått den til en gang. Les i komentarfeltet til originaloppskriften (jeg har lenket til den i innlegget), kanskje du får noen tip her. Mitt største problem er nok at ovnen min gir veldig ujevn varme og at det skiller seg når det blir for varmt. Den skal stå på veldig svak varme, og man skal ikke røre så ofte!

    Hvorfor skal man ikke bruke laktosefri, har det innvirkning på fløtens egenskaper?

      Denne er sykt vankelig å få til, jeg prøvde med laktosefri flere ganger, men det gikk ikke. Har feilet med vanlig fløte og, men har fått det til to ganger med vanlig, så derfor. Det skal jo uansett koke, og da forsvinner laktosen :)

    Nå står det altså i kjøleskapet.
    Det var ingen problemer å finne riktig temp siden d tross alt er fløte, så om man er litt bake-kyndig så går det helt fint.
    ( samt en god porsjon tålmodighet haha )
    Den ble ganske så tykk, men ikke brunaktig i fargen slik som din, Ingrid.
    Derimot ble den noe dypere gul/lys beige på farge, og en god del tykkere.
    Tok den over i en rund glassbolle istedefor brødform, dette pga at bollen da kan plasseres i kaldt vannbad
    som tykner det noe mer pga sjokket fra varmt til kaldt.
    Men håper ikke det er feil at den ikke ble så brun/beige som din? Hva tenker du om dette Ingrid?
    Eller er det noen andre hær som heller ikke fikk den brun-beige fargen, men likevel fikk et godt resultat?
    Vil gjerne høre fra dere, er spent hær.. :)

    Mmmmm! Hadde noen dråper karamellsaus i før den stivnet helt hær, å smakte litt…
    Kommer alltid til å lage denne med noen dråper karamell etter dette,
    for jeg kan ikke få sagt nok hvor uendelig mye det løftet smaken, å den var i utgangspunktet nydelig. :)
    ( Det utgjør nok kun mikroskopisk forskjell med noen dråper, om noen, iht næringsinnhold )

    Tror du den kan lages med kokosmelk istedenfor fløte da siden laktosefri ikke går?
    Laktosen forsvinner ikke når fløten kokes..

      Hei! Hmm, det tror jeg dessverre ikke går. Denne er vanskelig nok å lage med fløte, så tror ikke kokosmelk fungerer dessverre :(

    nå er den laga 50 – 50 med laktosefri fløte og kokosmelk :) Den står i fryseren nå for jeg har nettopp dyppa den i sjokolade, så gikk bare fint.
    Så tips til de osm ønsker LFCH snickers men laktosefri. For laktose fordamper IKKE når det kokes ;)
