LCHF Lasagne – nærmere kommer du ikke!

Nomnom! Denne lasagnen er inspirert av fotballfrues lasagne, men jeg lagde plater fra bunnen av, istede for å bruke squash, og må si resultatet ble fantastico!!

Ingredienser (liten form – 3-4 personer)

  • 3 egg
  • 100 gr philadelphia/kremost
  • 0,4 dl fiberhusk


Bland alle ingredienser (kan lønne seg å blande kremost og egg først), og la røra stå littegranne.

Bre det utover et bakepapir, og legg et nytt bakepapir over. Kjevle det ut ganske tynt og stek i 10 min på 150 grader.

Rut opp som lasagneplater og la de kjøle seg på en rist.

  • 1 boks Cottage Cheese
  • 1 liten boks tomatpuré
  • 400 gr kjøttdeig
  • 1 løk
  • 1 fedd hvitløk
  • 150 gr revet gulost
  • Salt og pepper (+ øvrige ønsket krydder, jeg brukte oregano og paprika)


Stek opp kjøttdeig, løk og hvitløk og ha i tomatpuré. La det putre litt.

Ha i halvparten av kjøttdeigen i en liten form, så et lag med plater og så halve boksen med cottage cheese.

Gjør det samme igjen og topp med revet gulost.

Stekes på 200 grader i ca 30 minutter.

      Hei! Altså om philadelphiaen er veldig kald så kan den være vanskelig å røre for hånd, prøv med mixer. Fiberhusken har du i til slutt :)

  • Jeg prøvde med mixer, men til og med den beste kan feile.. :P hehe. Ble en annen middaggsrett i dag, men jeg er fortsatt overrasket over hvor bra kropper fungerer uten sukker! (Noe sukker blir det) Men IKKE godteri eller potetgull, brus og sånt som er full av E-stoffer og skit. hehe :)
