Lavkarbo Sjokoladekake

Denne kaka blir veldig mektig, men også veldig god! Glasuren er nok det beste på hele kaka :)

  • 100 gr kokkosmel
  • 200 gr mandelmel
  • 1/2 dl sukrin
  • 6 egg
  • 50 gram smør
  • 50 gram mørk sjokolade
  • 250 gr kremost/philadelphia
  • 2 dl fløte
  • 1 ts vaniljepulver
  • 1,5 ts bakepulver
  • 2 ss kakaopulver (er ikke med i kaken på bildene, men anbefales)

Bland det våte (smør og philadelphia burde ikke smeltes helt, men myknes nok til at det kan blandes med det andre, gjerne på svak varme i mikroen). Bland det tørre (bruk gjerne sikt på kokosmelet da det lett klumper seg), og bland det tørre og våte sammen.

Stekes på 150 grader i ca 2 timer ved bruk av vanlig springform. (kaka blir veldig høy). Kortere tid om du bruker en større form.

  • 50 gram smør
  • 100 gram philadelphia
  • 100 gram sjokolade
  • ca 1 dl sukrinmelis (tilpass til ønsket tykkelse)
  • 2 ss sterk kaffe

Mykne smør, sjokolade og philadelphia på svak varme i microen, og bland det godt sammen. Om det smelter, så vent litt før du blander inn resten av ingrediensene (for å kunne blande inn rett mengde melis). Bland inn de siste ingrediensene, og spre det over en kald kake.

    Kaka ser helt nydelig ut den, selv om pynten ikke akkurat er lavkarbo.

    Åja…non stoppene ja…tenkte jeg ikke på engang!!;) men du…hvilken av kakene liker du best? Denne eller Den kremsjokoladekaka med nøttene og den tynne sjokolade lokket???? Noen av de som skiller seg ut??

      Den kremkaka er nok mest spesiell, og veldig god, men jeg vil anbefale å ha i litt mer smør i sjokoladetoppen da den kan bli litt hard å skjære igjennom (siden kremen under er ganske myk). Denne kaka som er over her er mer som vanlig sjokoladekake :)

      Hei! Så morro da :) Vettu, det er jeg faktisk usikker på, men jeg kan anbefale en app jeg bruker (shape up club heter den), der kan du legge inn oppskrifter, så ser du hvor mye det er. Appen er kjempefin å bruke for å sjekke hvor mye karber man får i seg, og du kan legge inn andre oppskrifter som du spiser mye og!

    Jeg lagde denna kaka i går. Jeg var veldig spent og gledet meg til å smake.
    Kaka var svært tørr og smakløs. Lurer på om det har med kokosmelet å gjøre.
    Toppingen var ok, men kaka ble ikke særlig god med toppingen på.
    Den gikk dessverre rett i søpla :(
