Proteinkaffe

God tirsdag folkens :) En venninne har fått meg hekta på proteinkaffe, en oppskrift som opprinnelig kommer fra Kristines blogg, Dedication. Jeg har prøvd å lage proteinkaffe før med et annet proteinpulver (pea protein med kaffesmak), og det smakte skikkelig pyton. Denne gangen brukte jeg Chocorites proteinpulver med sjokoladesmak, og gjett om det ble godt! En reddende engel når man skal opp tidlig og ikke rekker å få i seg så mye mat :)

I går er et godt eksempel på en slik morgen, jeg var nemlig på yoga kl 07.00, og orket ikke å tå opp unødvendig tidlig. Så da ble det en kopp proteinkaffe til frokost; raskt, enkelt og godt :)

Jeg så dog ikke så mye mindre trøtt ut etter koppen, haha:

Oppskriften på proteinkaffen er følgende:

Bland dette med litt kaldt vann først og fyll så opp med kokende vann i en stor kopp eller høyt glass.

Tada! Skikkelig god kaffe med sjokolade og toffésmak :) Koppen inneholder 75 kalorier og masse proteiner!

Tror jeg må prøve dette med Chocorite sitt proteinpulver med Cappuchinosmak og!

    Jeg har dette merket med cappuchinosmak men syntes det smaker skikkelig pyton! Har prøvd å blande med melk, vaniljekesam og isbiter i forsøk på iskaffe. Mislykket! Håper du tipser om gode oppskrifter så jeg får brukt opp pulveret mitt

      Hei! Jeg trener ashtanga yoga og prøver å trene det 3-4 ganger i uken. Normalt trener jeg mye trx slyngetrening) boocamp og styrke med korte pauser, men kroppen er ikke helt med meg nå, så jeg har sedt meg nødt til å ta en lengere pause fra styrketreningen :( Istede blir det yoga også prøver jeg å få gått minst 10 000 skritt om dagen :)
