Sommerutfordringen dag 5 – hva gjør jeg for å komme i sommerform?

Vel, for meg så er kostholdet det aller viktigste, og slik er det nok for de fleste (enten du liker det eller ikke). For å kunne gruse kjæresten min i sommerutfordringen så er det viktig å ha stålkontroll for hva jeg putter i munnen. Det høres kanskje slitsomt ut, men det er faktisk ikke det. Jeg bruker appen Lifesum (som jeg har gjort tidligere), og har satt meg et mål på 1500 kalorier daglig med et høyt proteininntak. Dette er 50 kalorier mindre enn sist gang jeg var på stramt budsjett, men så håper jeg at jeg skal komme meg i mål i løpet av ganske kort tid da, så da er det ikke så farlig å ligge litt ekstra på underskudd.

Ved siden av maten er det selvsagt viktig å trene. Jeg prøver å få inn 2 effektive styrkeøkter i uka (som regel bootcamp eller slyngetrening), også er målet å begynne å løpe mer og mer, helst 1-2 ganger i uka. De dagene jeg ikke trener noe konkret går jeg tur, og gjerne opp på et fjell. Vi har et fjell i bakgården her, og jeg skal love deg at jeg brenner mer på å gå opp det fjellet enn jeg gjør på en aerobic-time!

Semsvannet rundt, ca 5 km. Holder massevis med 5 km for meg akkurat nå, så får det bli litt lenger senere ;)

For å pushe på litt ekstra så gjør jeg noen små grep i hverdagen og. Kontoret jeg jobber i ligger i en 8 etasjer høy bygning. Målet er å gå fra bunn og opp og ned igjen (selvsagt) tre ganger om dagen, minst en! Jeg har alltid med meg skrittelleren min (innebygd app i telefonen), og har faktisk for første gang på lenge klart å holde meg over 10 000 skritt om dagen. Gåing er utrolig bra for forbrenningen, så ikke undervurder det!

Så hvordan går det da? Jeg deler kun mine egne tall, men etter fem dager så leder jeg!! Fra å ligge nesten 1 kg bak så har jeg tatt innpå så det holder :)

  • Dag 5: 65,6
  • Mål: 62,8
  • Ned: 1,3
  • Igjen: 2,8

Noen syns kanskje det er merkelig å gjøre en slik stor greie ut av å gå ned 4 kilo, men det er sikkert mange som er enige med meg når jeg sier at de siste kiloene er tunge å ta av. Nå er det riktig nok ikke så lenge siden jeg var der jeg skal, men jeg kommer ikke til å få det til uten å være målrettet. Den eneste grunnen til at jeg har lagt på meg er fordi ting har sklidd ut for mye, og det er ikke noe jeg ønsker. Jeg vil komme meg i mål, og holde meg der!

    Kunne ikke vært mer enig om at de siste kiloene er de verste. Har selv satt meg mål for sommeren, har gått ned 2,9kg og har 3,1kg igjen. Gjør som deg og tar ekstra små grep i hverdagen. En ekstra runde i trappen, salat istedetfor varmmat til lunsj, kuttet ut å kjøpe søtsaker i helgene, osv.

    Stå på! Så er nok ikke målet ditt langt unna! :)

    Jeg er superstolt av å ha gått ned 6,3 kg på ca 8 uker,( + 10 gratiskilo før det som forsvant etter jeg fikk tredje barnet mitt i januar, men de måtte jeg ikke jobbe så hardt for, så de teller ikke..;) ) Målet før sommeren er å gå ned 4,7 kg til. :) Da veier jeg bare litt mer enn jeg gjorde før svangerskapet, men det må jeg nesten si meg fornøyd med. Jeg går på egenkomponert lavkarbo og går mye tur.

    Jeg har et spørsmål til deg: Hvis jeg vil ta noen styrkeøvelser, bør jeg varme opp først da? Hvis jeg må varme opp først, så rekker jeg kanskje ikke å ta gjøre noen øvelser før tiden er ute (babyen våkner..).. Hvor viktig er oppvarmingen? :)

      Hei! Gratulerer med flott vektnedgang :) Neida, du trenger ikke varme opp først, spesielt om du ikke bruker noen vekter. Gjlr noen knebøy først så du blir litt varm i kroppen, 20-30 stk gjør deg litt varm. Oppvarming er spesielt viktig når du trener tung styrke, men da kan man også varme opp ved å starte med 10 rep med lav belastning. Lykke til videre :))))

    Endelig har jeg funnet en som har samme mål som meg!! Har bare sett blogger med bikini fitness jenter osv, men jeg er heller ikke stor, men vil ned de siste kiloene! Så nå har jeg lagd en challenge på Endomondo appen for meg og to venninner. Første mann til å løpe 100km! Men det er kostholdet som er viktigst og det er absolutt det som er vanskeligst.
