Sommerutfordringen dag 30: The dare – Helly Hansen

Nå jar jeg kommet skikkelig i gang med løpetreningen, og utfordringen fra Helly Hansen – The Dare! Jeg har jo løpt litt de siste ukene, men nå er jeg skikkelig i gang med opplegget som ble satt opp av løpetreneren min Torunn i Driv Trening. I mai skulle jeg løpe 3 økter, trene styrke 1 gang og supplere med yoga (dette var da frivillig). 2 av løpeøktene var intervall og én var rolig langkjøring på 60 minutter. Intervall har jeg faktisk ikke trent på over 15 år, så det var jeg spent på :) Jeg har jo løpt litt naturlig intervall, men det blir liksom ikke helt det samme ;) Denne måneden er det også 3 løpeøkter i uken. Én intervalløkt, én rolig langkjøring, og én hurtig langkjøring.

Jeg syns faktisk det har gått veldig greit. Intervalløktene i mai var på 20*45/15. Altså 20 ganger 45 sekunder og 15 sekunders pause. Det tar jo bare 20 minutter + litt oppvarming og nedvarming. Siden jeg vil gjøre dette litt ekstra kontrollert i starten så har jeg faktisk valgt å ta intervalløktene innendørs. Jeg har et EVO senter rett ved jobben, og da kan jeg trene rett før eller rett etter jobb. Langkjøringene tar jeg selvsagt ute ;)

Jeg elsker jo fargen korall, og vi har fått kjempemasse fine klær i disse fargene! Jeg ser at jeg har fått ekstra mye i korall, i forhold til de andre bloggerne. Kan jo ha noe å gjøre med at jeg forgudet denne fargen når vi testet størrelser hos Helly Hansen ;)

Så, jeg håper dagens intervalløkt går bra, dette er faktisk min første økt på morgenen, og det er jo noe nytt. Har spist en minibar på 90 kcal, så jeg håper jeg skal klare meg på denne frem til frokost :)

Også tallene fra Sommerutfordringen da, må ikke glemme de ;) Ikke så mye forandring nå heller, men jeg tror at løpetreningen jeg holder på med burde kicke inn snart, og jeg jobber stadig med å ikke skeie ut i helgene. Jeg er faktisk redd for en ting, og det er at lunsjen på jobben kan ha noe av skylda. De lager så mye lekker og sunn mat, og jeg vet ca hvor store porsjoner jeg kan ta av ting. Det jeg er redd for er at det er tilsatt masse fett og sukker i de forskjellige rettene. Selv om det ikke nødvendigvis ser slik ut, så vet jo alle kokker at fett og sukker får ting til å smake litt bedre :p Så jeg får vel stramme inn litt her og. Holde meg til salatbaren og kokte egg, også får jeg spe på med litt torsk når de serverer det.
