It´s on!!! #getmybootyback

Ja nå er det slutt på alle søtsakene for min del! Endelig er jeg igang med både kosthold og trening, kosthold hvertfall. Altså jeg trener jo og, men jeg blir nok ikke å se på treningssenteret helt enda, foreløpig har jeg mer enn nok utfordring i å gå turer. Jeg går fort da, tar i i oppoverbakkene og er som regel gjennomsvett når jeg kommer hjem, så det skal ikke stå på forbrenninga :)

Så mission #getmybootyback er i gang!

Før fødsel veide jeg 86,6 kg og når jeg kom hjem fra sykehuset (én uke senere) veide jeg 76,6, altså 10 kg ned. Jeg lå stabilt på den vekten en stund, men det er nok fordi jeg spiste veldig lite på sykehuset og men matlysten kom tilbake for fullt når smertene var bedre. Jeg målte meg for første gang igjen på mandag og her er resultatet:

Skjermbilde 2015-05-04 kl. 10.34.51Jeg måler ikke arm eller bryst. Armene har nesten ikke endret seg, og jeg blir ikke motivert av å få mindre pupper, haha.

Jeg var nok mest sjokkert over hvordan denne fordelinga utartet seg. Jeg hadde forventa meg langt flere centimeter på hofte og midje, og ikke fullt så mye rundt stumpen. 26 cm liksom! Menmen, jeg vet jo at det er her kroppen min liker å lagre fett, og det er jo også sunnere fett enn det rundt magen, så jeg bør jo være fornøyd med det :) Sånn til informasjon så måler jeg veeeldig stramt. Noen sammenligner sine mål med mine, og syns jeg har små mål, men når jeg måler så stramt jeg kan (altså jeg kutter ikke blodsirkulasjonen altså), så er det enklere å få det likt fra gang til gang. Det er ikke centimeterne i seg selv jeg bryr meg om, men forskjellen fra gang til gang.

Jeg er ihvertfall super exited for å komme igang! Det høres helt dust ut å si det, men jeg gleder meg faktisk :) Jeg tror at om jeg hadde veid 64 kg nå så hadde jeg vært litt skuffa. Det å måtte komme i form etter fødsel er noe jeg forventer at man må gjøre, og jeg sprudler av motivasjon etter å se resultater. Det er liksom litt digg å endelig skulle ned en del, og ikke bare de siste 1-2 kiloene, for de er noe herk. Det er jo mye morsommere å måtte gå ned 10! Haha, kall meg crazy, og ikke bruk det mot meg, men jeg er så motivert for å få det til, så dette skal nok gå strålende :)

Bildet under er tatt 4,5 uke etter fødselen, og jeg har nok blitt litt strammere etter det (er 6 uker etter nå), så skal få tatt noen skikkelige formbilder etterhvert, har bare ikke fått meg til å gjøre det enda (er så kaldt i stua).

Har litt heng over keisersnittet, og linea niegra er fortsatt tydelig, ellers er jeg veldig heldig som ikke har fått noen strekkmerker på magen :)

Planen fremover er å loggføre all mat og trening. På grunn av ammingen kommer jeg til å ligge på ca. 2000 kalorier om dagen (man forbrenner ca. 500 kcal om dagen når man fullammer), og jeg kommer ikke til å spise opp treningskaloriene mine om jeg ikke merker at jeg faktisk trenger det – som regel ikke. Jeg skal gå 50 km i uka og 200 km i måneden med barnevogn eller bæresele/sjal. Jeg skal også komme i gang med enkle mageøvelser som jeg har fått av fysioterapaut, så vil det bli mer styrketrening og yoga etterhvert. Jeg tenker å starte med den yogaen jeg gjorde under svangerskapet, mest for å løsne opp i stive amme- og bæreskuldre.

Jeg bruker appen Lifesum til å registrere mat, vekt og kroppsmål og appen Endomondo når jeg triller turer. Normalt bruker jeg Suunto Ambit2 klokka mi, men nå konkurrerer jeg mot andre trillende mødre, så derfor tyr jeg til endomondo :)

    Synes ikke dette så så verst ut jeg :-) Dette målet når du nok lett, kjenner jeg deg rett. Men du – skal du virkelig være SMALERE over rumpa enn over hoftene??? Sikker på at du ikke har byttet om på tallene litt her? 69cm over rumpa – det er vel helt utopia?!?

      Haha, ja faktisk, målene stemmer. Men så måler jeg veldig stramt da, så stramt det går, og ved hoftene er det jo skjelett under som gjør at det ikke blir mye smalere :) Men de er bare til indikasjon, er gamle tall og kroppen kan jo fint ha endret fasong etter en graviditet ;)

Jeg kjenner meg igjen på så mange punkter at jeg skulle tro du skrev om meg :) Du ligger litt foran meg da min lille jente bare er 6 dager gammel. Gleder meg også til å komme i gang med treningen igjen etter hvert. Så langt følger jeg ditt eksempel og har så smått begynt med trilleturer. Og ja! Så herlig å skulle gå ned noe mer enn de siste kiloene på låra som aldri går bort likevel ;) Føler meg like rar når jeg skulle ønske jeg veide 20 kilo for mye bare for å prøve å trene de bort :p Godt vi er flere!

      Hehe, det er godt vi er flere :) Er herlig med disse trilleturene da, er ikke i gang med noe annen trening enda selv (annet enn veldig enkle mageøvelser fra fysio), men tror man kommer langt med å trille altså, og maten. Den tror jeg er viktigst :)
